Adequate but over priced with an unresponsive host

Actually it was very ordinary so it was pleasant but not somewhere that you’d really remember

− Location was not ideal for the price point. We had a washing machine problem the first night which we were happy to try and fix (water flooding out) and we did fix after a couple of hours - we like problem solving. The issue I had was that after informing the host of the problem and saying we’d attempt to fix which was acknowledged with a thank you, they went radio silent on us even though the problem existed. The next day we confirmed we had sorted it but no communication whatsoever. The location whilst looking attractive in the photos is on an estate that isn’t inline with the price point. We booked this not knowing the Margaret River area - it was an overpriced choice. Now we understand the area there are many other places that we would choose first.
