​Guillem is an awesome host, and his place is equally fantastic. The location is superb, and the terrace setup was the cherry on top of an overall great experience. There is also convenient parking nearby. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to Pollença!

Sehr netter Empfang, Guillem hat uns gleich noch in die Stadt begleitet und uns einen kurzen Rundgang angeboten. Sehr uriges, rustikales Haus auf 3 Ebenen, hat seinen "antiken" Charakter behalten. Im Sommer bestimmt angenehm kühl, im Februar wären Hausschuhe zu empfehlen. Tolle Dachterasse haben wir zum Frühstücken gerne benutzt. Sehr zentrale Lage neben der Calvari Treppe.

− Man kann nicht dort parken, geht nur ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. War aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Unterkunft in rustikalem historischen Haus im wunderschönen Städtchen Pollença.

Gefallen · Das Wasser beim Duschen war heiß. Es gab eine Waschmaschine in einer Waschküche. Man konnte die Zimmer heizen. Es gab einen Regenschirm und Einkaufskörbe. Die Schlafzimmer waren mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Pollença ist ein sehr schönes authentisches Städtchen mit engen Gassen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe.

− Nicht gefallen · Leider war der Vermieter, der uns im Haus empfangen sollte, selbst verreist. Im Haus roch es alt und moderig. Auch ist es im Haus ziemlich düster vor allem unten im Wohnzimmer. Die schöne Dachterasse konnten wir wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Am Wochenende war es nachts laut wegen der Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Es gab keine richtigen Bettdecken nur Laken und das war bei 7°C zu wenig. Im Schrank waren jedoch Wolldecken und die Schlafzimmer konnten beheizt werden. Der Spülknopf an der Toilette war defekt. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart und müssten dringend erneuert werden.

Casa con encanto y céntrica.

Ubicación ideal, en pleno centro del pueblo. Casa con encanto, al mantener mucho mobiliario antiguo.

− Tal vez alguna cama, al mantener los muebles antiguos(que es parte del encanto de la casa)al moverse, hacen bastante ruido.

Top Location mitten in Pollenca mit super Ausstattung und vielen Zimmern 😉 Wegen der Kürze unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir die tolle Dachterrasse leider nur 1x kurz nutzen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
