Poor service after reporting the issue within an hour

Had to wait over 1hr 1/2 as it wasn’t ready. Then reported no hot water and no heating someone came out topped the water up but no heating second day

− Had to wait over over 1hr 1/2 as it wasn’t ready for 3pm then reported no hot water and no heating someone came out topped the boiler up but clearly stated no problem but a bowl was under the pipe then day two reported it again no heating still not working day three no heating again came back with one heater and didn’t fix the problem

− My kids and I were expected to sleep on one bedding for 10days, or I pay extra £50 to get a bedding from them. I was left with no other choice than to go buy new bedding myself. The toilet and bathroom was in a mess when we arrived and I had to buy bleach to clean it before we could use it.
