We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to family and friends.

A good location just 10 minutes walk from the seafront and with parking spaces for two cars. Very comfortable beds and nice open plan living space.

− The welcome feeling was lacking. Comprehensive arrival and departure details were provided prior to arriving but no Wifi code was given and we had to message for this. It would have been nice to have hand soap from a soap dispenser rather than a tiny soap bar and the provision of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets for guests on arrival would be good. The table and chairs on the small patio needed a good clean before use.

The property was comfortable but not clean, the windows had green grime on them, worktops were dusty and had food residue on them.

location.. very large modern kitchen / diner .

− bit dirty in places… windows dirty and in poor condition- very dirty cups in cupboard. Hole in quilt cover, but generally clean and tidy - great kitchen area..
