Eu só estou avaliando para outras pessoas não cai no golpe do tal sobrado 6, quem ler e alugar aquilo vai ter dor de cabeça, o local é sujo e mal cheiro eu ia hospedar lá no dia 28/12/2025 a 02/01/2026 ao chegar no local encontramos um prédio caindo os pedaços sujo e com mal cheiro não tinha ninguém hospedado portão só encostado portaria abandonada eu tive que ir para um hotel e estou saindo do hotel agora para retornar para casa o lugar não tem nada haver com a imagem que eles vendem decepção total entrei com contestação na booking e no banco pra fazer o cancelamento do pagamento e estou aguardando fui enganado com o falso anúncio o prédio existe mais não oferece condições nenhuma de hospedar ninguém as fotos da imagem é uma maravilha chegou no local vai entrar um prédio totalmente diferente
