5.0− The owner of the guesthouse informed us after the booking that the deposit would only be refunded if the fireplace was cleaned before departure. However, the vacuum cleaner provided for this purpose was not functioning properly and ended up spreading dust throughout half of the house. The swings shown in the photos were not present in the yard, as they had been removed. Firewood for the fireplace was provided only by the evening of the first day. There was no remote control for the air conditioner, and the owner requested that we contact him if we needed to adjust the temperature in the house, which was highly inconvenient, especially late in the evening or at night.
