sehr familiäre Umgebung und Atmosphäre, authentisch, hilfsbereite und nette Menschen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zu ihrem Aufenthalt benötigt.

− Ohne GPS und nette Nachbarschaft ist das Apartment zum ersten Mal kompliziert zu finden.

Aveva buoni spazi e l’aria condizionata in una stanza e possibilità di parcheggio.

− Era umida e c’era odore di umidità. In più mi è preso un colpo alle 6.45 di mattina, il proprietario credo è venuto dietro la finestra a fare rumore per prendere qualcosa in uno stanzino, ma senza avvisare. La casa è al piano terra e abbastanza isolata per cui non è stato per niente piacevole svegliarsi con il rumore dietro al finestra. Il divano letto è veramente una brandina molto bassa, credo ci possano dormire giusto dei bambini leggeri. Ci sono un po’ di zanzare ma c’era anche una piastrina anti zanzare in camera.

Posizione comoda al centro raggiungibile a piedi e al porto per gli imbarchi. Ampia abitazione con un bilocale ed un bagno

− Tre cose: se scrivi colazione inclusa non puoi fare trovare 2 buondì motta e 4 capsule per il caffè gonfie dalla esposizione al caldo (vedi foto). Se scrivi ARIA CONDIZIONATA e poi è solo nella cucina e NON NELLA CAMERA devi specificarlo. Tra l'altro la temperatura non può essere settata sotto i 24 gradi (sempre vedi foto). Se scrivi appartamento ACCESSOBILE A PERSONE IN CARROZZINA non ci possono essere 2 gradini all'ingresso, un altra soglia ad entrare e poi il gradino a scendere, il gradino per entrare in doccia ecc (sempre vedi foto), e qualche facilitazione per i trasferimenti al wc (maniglioni) ci dovrebbero essere. Insomma le informazioni devono essere veritiere, a mio avviso.

Appartamentino al piano terra ben arredato e confortevole. Cucina attrezzata e bagno spazioso.

− Per raggiungere il porto a piedi bisogna considerare circa 20 minuti a passo veloce.
