La grande terrasse abrité avec la cuisine extérieur. Le jardin luxuriant. Bien équipé : cafetière filtre et nesspresso, mini-four, clim performante. Le calme. L'emplacement pour rayonner facilement dans le nord de basse Terre. Pas de vis à vis avec l'autre logement. Et la cool attitude et sa réactivité de Mélanie la propriétaire.

− La terrasse de la piscine un peu vieillissante.
