8.0Location and set up of house was perfect
− Living room with twlevision has a terrible smell in it. Almost like a dead animal or something similar. One of the portable beds in main room had a terrible blood stained mattress protector and the other one had a blood stain on the mattress. I left the mattress protector in the laundry on floor. We also had trouble with the gate to the property.

− No water on the morning we left, kitchen tap was damaged, dishwasher didn't work / was in poor condition, the pool was dirty
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Silversprings! It’s a clean, well presented and expansive property in an awesome
7.0The house was amazing! The bedrooms were really large with plenty of space for our large group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The bed linen and towels were so comfortable and clearly of a very high quality. All rooms were clean and tidy when we arrived. The grounds were spacious and the kids especially loved the fire pits and watching the kangaroos and ducks.
− The kitchen tap was broken, it worked in the sense that we were able to get water out of it, however it was completely loose and pretty much just hanging in the sink. In addition, the dishwasher didn’t work either. With the dishwasher out of action and the sink tap broken, it was difficult to wash dishes for 11 people. For the cost, we would have expected these simple amenities to be fully functional. In addition, the grounds could have done with a bit of a clean up, and the outdoor seating was quite old and dirty, but was still fully functional.
PROPERTY A LITTLE TIRED & MAJOR SECURITY CODE ISSUES !!

− Management company "Weekender" were hopeless when it come to answering their 'phone and responding to requests. Power went out in the evening- NO RESPONSE ! Firewood needed - NO RESPONSE ! Security Code issues - BEWARE THAT THE SECURITY ACCESS CODES FOR THIS PROPERTY HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS !!. Major issues with security deposit refund - took over 3 weeks !! BBQ was a DISGRACE - burners were missing, etc. Extractor vent was full of lint. Hot plate on stove was faulty. Extensive internal cob-webs on windows. Weeds around pool and rubbish to side. Bird droppings on outside furniture.

10.0So spacious and comfortable , beds were extremely comfortable and warm , the view was amazing , the beautiful night sky untouched by light , quiet and peaceful area , great communication , any concern raised were fixed immedietly , the book selection was huge , heaps of games and activities , very clean
