The location is very nice. The beach in front of the house is shallow and sandy in low tide (you still have to expect sea grass and stones). The view from the terrace is lovely - especially to watch the sun going down. The living room and kitchen are nice and spacious.

− The pictures on booking.com do not reflect the real condition of the house (the pictures seem edited). The house is not well kept, there is quite some renovation to be done: old bathrooms, old windows without mosquito nets, doors not closing, interior furnishing needs to be renewed, at the sun terrace by the sea the concrete is dangerously broken (risk of injury). The beach is not well maintained: broken glass and waste on the terrace and in the sand. Additionally the floors and the kitchen were not clean and there where spider webs in every corner and at the windows. The hairdryer was moldy. We repaired the towel holder ourselfes. There is mentioned or shown equipment, that is not existing: such as a privacy protection on the fence, a playground for children, a playstation, remote control for the TV, grass in the garden,… The contact person suggested we should buy missing items such as a working filter coffee machine and cutting boards ourselfs (with refund). The owners do not really take care about the house - which is sad because basically it is nice.

Great location, we loved the large terrace and garden, great private beach with deckchairs, host Ana was always available and very friendly. I recommend it, we would come back!
