A casa é espaçosa, tem 3 quartos, uma sala, uma cozinha grande e 1 banheiro. Tem espaço para estacionar 3 carros. A casa é pertinho da praia, 2 quadras de distância do mar. A localização é boa. Tem um mercadinho quase na frente.

− Um dos quartos não tem janela, de noite fica muito quente. Eu, meu marido e meu bebê ficamos nesse quarto e foi muito ruim. Falta rede pra dar uma descansada. E não tem guarda sol na casa. Tivemos que comprar. Um banheiro só para uma cada de 3 quartos é pouco. Muitos cupins nos móveis. Móveis bem antigos. Mas o salto foi positivo.
