Hyvänkokoinen talo kuudelle hengelle erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Alueen rauhallisuus ja läheiset urheilu- sekä uintipaikat olivat mieleen. Samoin ruokaravintola lähistöllä. Talon huoneet ovat tilavia ja säilytystilaa on riittävästi.

− Kehitysehdotuksia: Saunassa olisi hyvä olla puukiukaan lisäksi olla sähkökiuas saunan nopeaa lämmittämistä ajatellen. Kesän helteillä sähkökiuas ei puulla lämmitettävän tapaan turhaan lämmittäisi muuria/taloa. Ilmalämpöpumput kannattaisi asentaa. Niillä voi kesähelteillä viilentää ja talvella lämmittää. Sähköä säästyisi verrattuna suorasähkölämmitykseen. Saunan suihkutilassa olisi hyvä olla suihkuletku. Helpottaisi tilan siistinä pitämistä. Nyt on vain kiinteä suihku katonrajassa.
