It was all very easy, i.e., no complications. Fiona always replied quickly to any queries I had, plus she was open to negotiation with a few conditions. We were very appreciative of this. We'd definitely stay there again. Also, it was really close to the Tamahere cycleway - great foe early morning walks.

Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful location!

− The bed in the room by the bathroom was creaky. It was super annoying when moving around. Other than that. It’s was really nice to have the heat pump in the big room as it was extremely hot. The other beds were fantastic. No complaints there.
