10.0Staff is responsive and polite even though not physically present to assist with questions. Patient and answered all the queries even months before the trip and also when we arrived and when we left the lodging. Very responsible and professional.
− Some heater handles in the living room are a bit hard to reach. Kitchen light switch a little hard to find.
