A very enjoyable 3/4days with close friends visiting local sites and good restaurants - particularly the fish!
10.0We were delighted with all aspects of the house. Very comfortable and unique with ‘old’ features but modern bathrooms . Kitchen very well equipped. Very clean and all accessories of a high standard. Lovely courtyard garden. Would definately book again for further visits to this area.
− Nothing! Access to bedrooms by staircase could be difficult for children or the elderly. But certainly not for us!

8.0Beautiful property designed by someone with bags of style, nicely located easy walk into Fakenham. Plenty of space and very well equipped. Loved the real log burner.
− Didn’t like the steep spiral staircase, we didn’t attempt to take the case upstairs. I slipped slightly on the way down stairs but I was fine as holding onto the banister but it put me off. Obviously there’s nothing the owner can do about that.

9.0Fantastic house, so beautiful. The wood fire was easy to learn how to use. The place just looks wonderful. Kitchen facilities were great. Rooms were fantastic and well decorated!
− Wish the BBQ was working/updated in the book!
