The villa is in a brilliant location. It’s only 15 minutes walk in to the main town, with a 5 minute walk to swim in the lake at Pescallo, and a couple of shops and restaurants even closer, with takeaway if you want. The outdoor space and garden are beautiful and so relaxing. Luca and Maria were very welcoming, and gave us lots of tips on the best places to visit etc. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We loved Ville Olivée! As a family, we rated it as the best accommodation of our road trip through Europe. Luca was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. The villa was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a family. We highly recommend it!

Perfect Villa

The house is gorgeous, spotless, and the kitchen well equipped. The hosts even provide basics like olive oil, balsamic and spices, which is very thoughtful and appreciated. We loved having the tranquil gardens with blooming camellias and olive trees. The location was perfect for us, about a ten minute walk to the ferry landings along the road; slightly longer with hills if you take the 'scenic' route through Pescallo. But then everything in Bellaggio is scenic. The beds are very comfortable with crisp linens. Ample towels and soaps in the baths. There are two markets, a local cheese shop, and a few other businesses within a 5 minute walk. The hosts provided lots of information about the area, including restaurant recommendations, ferry schedules, sights to see, and even met our ferry and drove us to the villa when we arrived. Communications were clear and timely.

− Nothing! We were surprised by the lights from the adjacent parking area, but the house has blinds and shutters that allow room darkening (we live on a farm and are used to very dark nights). The property is totally screened by hedges and very private. The only way to, know there is parking next door are the lights.

The house was in a fabulous location with everything you could need and more! We all had the best nights sleep of our holiday here and being able to sit outside in the beautiful gardens and enjoy the local produce was a highlight! The check in was fabulous and so many useful tips to make the most of our time in Bellagio. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
