Great property in a fantastic location, excellent facilities but could do with a little freshen up

Fantastic location as a base for exploring the local area, excellent facilities for families especially the outdoor space, play area and hottub. Rooms were spacious and the open fire was lovely, the welcome pack of treats was a nice surprise!
