Super schöne ruhige Gegend, der Garten war geschlossen, was uns den Urlaub mit Hund sehr erleichtert hat.

E' una casa dotata di tutto quel che serve, molto pulita e ben organizzata. Piccola area a verde racchiusa da muretti (raggiungibile dalla cucina con qualche scalino), sedie e panca comode, e pergolato che permette una piacevole ombreggiatura. Sorpresa: la cabina armadio, ampia, in camera da letto al primo piano. Zanzariere alle finestre. Posizione comoda per il centro di Quarrata (3' di auto), che riserva altre sorprese in termini di panetterie/pasticcerie/bar. Consigliata la visita alla vicina villa Medicea della Màgia e buon punto di partenza per altre ville medicee nei dintorni.

− La scala interna per raggiungere la cantina/tavernetta è piuttosto ardita, ma in teoria si potrebbe entrare dal giardino (però non c'era la chiave).

Чудовий комфортний затишний будинок на пагорбах Тоскани далеко від міської метушні. Прокинутися тут – значить відкрити вікно і побачити види листівок: кипарисові алеї, залиті ранковим сонцем, виноградники і нескінченну синяву неба, оливкові гаї, можна лежати в джакузі і насолоджуватися видами Тоскані. Будинок просякнутий історією та затишком, кам'яні стіни, камін, старовинні меблі, ніби ми у просто в гостях у італійської родини, гарна постільна білизна, у наявності весь посуд для приготування їжі, є опалення. Господарі – неймовірно гостинні люди. Легко подорожувати машиною Тосканою, безкоштовна власна парковка машини перед входом.

− Єдиний мінус - звідси дуже не хочеться їхати!

Super house in a small Tuscan village, and in the house everything necessary for a family or two couples. A well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with great views outside the window, a small garden with table, chairs and sun lounger. Space in the cosy basement to sit in on hot days (until I regret that we were in March). Master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and dressing room, next to the second bedroom an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. Plus a smug, super helpful homeowner. Close to Pisa, Florence, Pistoia. In the village itself beautiful trails, peace and quiet. The house also has air conditioning and heating. You can feel the atmosphere of the real Tuscany, especially in the morning admiring from the window the mists hovering over the olive groves. Definitely recommended!

Jari is an extremely kind and helpful host. His communication was excellent and prompt at all times. His description of the apartment is accurate. The view from the windows is a dream. The apartment is quiet and peaceful. The neighbours are nice. The area is completely safe. All essential shops within 5-10 minutes by car. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed during our week there. As a family with small children, it was very useful for us that the apartment has two bathrooms and a toilet. Everything was very clean. It was also important for us that there was a washing machine and dryer, as it meant we could travel with much less luggage. The garden would also be a very pleasant place to stay, except that there were quite a few hungry mosquitoes during our stay. ;-) Everyone should be well prepared for that. We would recommend this apartment those who like freedom and peace and quiet places and for whom a bustling nightlife is not the most important on a holiday.
