A casa é muito confortável, arejada, próxima à praia e comporta tranquilamente 12 pessoas. Os móveis e utensílios estão bem conservados, sendo um espaço funcional. A praia é próxima da casa (cerca de 3 quarteirões de distância) e, por ser mais afastada da região central, é bem limpa e menos cheia. Há um bom supermercado e padaria nos arredores da casa.

− Se o objetivo é explorar o centro/comodidades da região central, a casa não é indicada por ser relativamente afastada dessas localidades.
