Gute Lage für unser Vorhaben

− Die einfache Ausstattung des Ferienhauses, keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer, modriger Geruch in den alten Mäuern rechtfertigen nicht wirklich den recht hohen Preis!

Grundsätzlich gute Lage.

− Durch Bauarbeiten und damit verbundene Lärmbeeinträchtigung war Garten wochentags nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Keine Ruhe im Waldviertel, keine Entschädigung angeboten.
