A localização é boa, gostei bastante da anfitriã, que foi muito tranquila e não impôs restrições exageradas, o que tornou a experiência mais agradável.
− A área externa da casa precisa de melhorias: o piso da entrada necessita reparos, a parede da frente apresenta desgaste e o gramado está precisando de manutenção. Além disso, o sinal da TV apresentou falhas durante boa parte da estadia.

− Casa quente . Limpeza precária. Quarto com um espaço com itens acumulado. Televisão não funcionava. Banheiro com cheiro de esgoto.

Da presteza de atender o wifi da TV tela grandecom várias possibilidades de ter os utensílios na cozinha faltou apenas uma cafeteira e teve uma dificuldade para coar café numa caçarola de resto tudo perfeito inclusive o restaurante em frente muito bom.
