Dans l’ensemble, mon experience a dépassé mes attentes et je suis très satisfait de mon séjour.
10.0Le personnel très accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes besoins. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenu. L’ambiance de l’hôtel était agréable et reposante. J’ai également apprécié la qualité des services proposé ainsi que l’attention portée aux détails.

− Bagno in comune in condizioni pessime. La prima sera ho dovuto pulire personalmente il box doccia . Piccolo bagnetto, sporco anch'esso. Mi è stato detto che non mi sarebbe stata restituita la cauzione perché la stanza è stata lasciata diversamente dal concordato , cosa non vera poiché ho anche un video che prova il contrario. Sono stato accusato di aver lasciato il bagno con tracce di vomito sparse , cosa non vera anche questa . C'erano altri Ospiti presenti nella struttura , quindi poteva essere stato chiunque. In più mi è statao detto che potranno esserci dei costi aggiuntivi, follia totale. Non ci ritornerò, poco ma sicuro.
