Es la planta baja de una casa de dos pisos, en la planta de arriba está ocupada por los dueños (o eso creemos). El jardín es pequeño pero para 2 tumbonas suficiente, había muchos mosquitos así q no pudimos disfrutarlo mucho. Los dormitorios son espaciosos y la cocina y el wc están muy completos. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La casa está a 5 minutos del centro de Arguedas andando.
− La limpieza de la casa creo q podría ser mejorable.

Wunderschönes und sehr praktisches Apartment, viel Platz, großer Küchentisch, Waschmaschine, Wäsche kann man im Garten zum trocknen aufhängen. Parken vor dem Haus. Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, Antwort auf Fragen kommen sofort per WhatsApp. Es gibt auch Fliegengitter.
− Schade dass es im Mai sehr viele Gelsen gibt, wegen den vielen Reisfeldern, die im Frühjahr unter Wasser stehen. Wir haben den schönen Garten deshalb nicht genutzt.

Rustige ligging, aardige gastvrouw. We deelden de woning met de gastvrouw zelf (gedeelde keuken (beneden); de bovenverdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer voor de gasten.
− Matras van een van de bedden was verouderd en niet comfortabel
