Casa bellissima e accogliente, ci si sente a casa propria.
10.0Casa fantastica, abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti ma appena entrati ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra. Arredata con gusto e attenzione, l'atmosfera è davvero calda e accogliente. La camera matrimoniale è una delle migliori mai trovate nelle case in cui siamo stati. Quella dei bambini ha un soppalco sopra i letti con un angolo giochi che li ha meravigliati dal primo momento. La proprietaria Sara è gentilissima e a disposizione per ogni dubbio o domanda. Per la colazione ci ha fatto trovare delle crostate e una torta artigianali davvero buone oltre a tutto l'occorrente per una colazione completa. Il bagno è piccolino (forse unico limite per quello che è l'appartamento nel complesso) ma è comunque molto pratico e pulito. Nonostante la piccola metratura è sfruttato molto bene. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è centralissima e comoda per raggiungere ogni zona di spoleto a piedi.
− Tutto praticamente perfetto. Solo un aspetto critico: siamo capitati nei giorni più caldi degli ultimi anni. Essendo al piano più alto dell'edificio l'appartamento si scalda molto. I 2 deumidificatori/condizionatori portatili a disposizione non riescono ad abbassare la temperatura. C'è da dire che normalmente non dovrebbe esserci questo problema.

Soggiorno nel complesso ottimo.
9.0Tutto perfetto. La titolare in particolare di una attenzione unica.
− Doccia migliorabile. Soffione da sostituire per avere un flusso d’acqua sufficiente. Le scale richiedono un certo impegno e non troppi bagagli.

9.0El apartamento es amplio, bonito, cómodo, con zonas de estar amplias. Muy limpio, la propietaria encantadora y muy atenta. Tienen acuerdo con un párking fuera del centro (ya que no se puede entrar con el coche).
− Ha que subir 4 tramos grandes de escaleras para llegar a él (será un tercero-cuarto piso). Una de las camas es más pequeña de lo que sale en las fotos (individual).
