Beautiful little house, very clean and well presented with very good facilities. The terrace is lovely and quite an asset. The location is very good for access to the town, the island ferry and local facilities. The host Rui is very helpful. Exceptional value for money.

Cozy house in a great location.

Rooftop terrace was amazing and we used the daybed & ceiling fan in the room just off the terrace when it was too hot to sit outside. Extras like laundry facilities, a really comfortable bed, great location close to the market for fresh fruits & veggies, and a kitchen that has everything 2 people need to make meals made our stay even better. Rui met us to check-in, helped carry luggage upstairs, responded to questions within minutes and is an excellent host.

Centralt, lugnt, välstädat och välutrustat mysigt hus.

Centralt, tyst och lugnt samt rent. Välutrustat kök både med porslin, bestick, grytor och övrigt. Trevligt med både vatten och vin som välkomnade oss! Huset var ljust och med en liten terrass högst upp med matbord, solstolar och grill. Klimatanläggning på alla våningar som gav värme eftersom vädret var relativt kallt under vår vistelse. Terrassen hade sol en stor del av dagen. Båttur till Ilha de Tavira rekommenderas, fantastisk strand och jättegoda crepes på en av restaurangerna, O Ferreira på ön. Rui som vi hade kontakt med angående detta boende var snabb på att svara, skicka information och var väldigt trevlig i bemötandet, toppen värd! Har inget mot att komma tillbaka om tillfälle kommer framåt!

− Det enda som vi kände var en nackdel var skillnaden på ute och inne temperatur vilket orsakade kondens på insida fönster och dörr på nedersta våningen. Det kan upplevas som lite fuktigt inomhusklimat vintertid. Trappor mellan de tre våningarna så mindre lämpligt för personer med svårigheter med trappor. Dålig/ingen Wi-Fi täckning på tredje våningen.

Utmärkt läge! Väldigt bekvämt, rent och väl utrustat boende. Värden jättebra och gav bästa service.

− Allt var bra. Inget problem för mig, men viktigt att veta att det är boende i 3 plan med trappor.

Fabulous location.and house Had everything we needed and more. A lot of thought had gone into all the little details. Each time we wondered if the house had something,,there it was Excellent contact with the owner. Could not have been more helpful Rooftop terrace was a delight and lovely to have a bath as well as a shower. Will be back.
