The location is awesome, it's far enough away from the main tourist craziness of Venice, yet close enough to make it easy to see the attractions. Sensational views, could spend so much more time sitting in the comfy chair in the kitchen, watching the to and fro on the canal.. unbelievable. The beds were super comfortable, and the ability to shut out the noise and sleep is amazing. The whole place is spotless, truly luxurious with all the little extras, awesome information and recommendations,

2 nights was too short - wish we had more time to enjoy the apartment!

Location was perfect - easy walking to all the sights but quiet in the evenings. Water taxi dock and gondolas were conveniently located nearby… and the view from the window - well it is real!!

− We had a pesky mosquito on the first night. Discovered the plug-in afterwards - otherwise a great apartment!

A BEAUTIFUL PEACEFUL PLACE TO STAY IN VENICE

This was the perfect location in the city of Venice. It is located on first floor directly on the intersection of two canals. The view was awesome, with Gondolas floating quietly just outside 4 very large windows of the apartment. Located in a very old palace, but the inside was elegantly decorated and spacious. Located in a neighborhood away from the noisy crowded tourist area, but just steps away from a “campi” (small square) with sidewalk cafes and a gelato shop. It is also a minute walk to a small grocery store (Coop). It took only 8-10 minutes to walk to St Marks square or the Rialto Bridge. The water taxi took us to a small dock about a half block from the door, and we were met by Andrea who took our luggage all the way into the apartment. I highly recommend Casa Flavia ai Morosini!

− The only suggestions I have are that a small microwave would be appreciated (no microwave in kitchen) and the comforters in bedrooms should have removable covers that can be washed, as they appeared to be somewhat soiled.

A beautiful house in an excellent location.

The location was perfect. The style of the house was amazing.

− The second shower was a bit too basic as it was a wet room/ toilet so we didn’t use it as a bathroom.
