We had a wonderful stay in Venice. Our host responded to all our questions promptly, and when our flight was delayed, Eli kindly waited for us and came to hand over the keys and provide all the information we needed (there was a fee for the late arrival (65 euros), but we were aware of this from the start, so there were no surprises). The apartment was spotlessly clean and matched the photos exactly. It’s situated in a charming part of Venice (though, to be fair, every part of Venice is charming!), and the area was very quiet, which made for a restful stay. Overall, we really appreciated our time here and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful base from which to explore Venice.

− The flat is on the ground floor, so it doesn’t get much light (no terrace or balcony) but as we’re out all day exploring Venice, that’s not a problem!

Ottima posizione, sulla banchina del vaporetto Fondamente Nove e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro; appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario (microonde, phon, bollitore, etc), mantiene benissimo la temperatura (casa sempre calda, durante la settimana di Capodanno, con temperature piuttosto rigide). Smart tv presente, Wi-Fi soddisfacente. Apprezzatissimo il fatto di aprire la finestra a piano terra, stando a diretto contatto col canale. Ottima comunicazione coi gestori. Bagno e biancheria pulite.

− Sarebbe stato utile trovare un po’ di zucchero e giusto due capsule di caffè di cortesia ( giusto il tempo di capire il modello dell’apparato, per acquistare le cialde in supermercato). Eviterei di lasciare in dispensa fondi di bottiglie di olio utilizzato da altre persone e altri alimenti (o vengono offerti integri, oppure no), sanno di “cosa non controllata e lasciata lì” . Magari un tappetino per il bagno in più, visto che in inverno è difficile che asciughi, seppur appendendolo. Pulizia buona, ma meritevole di qualche attenzione in più, soprattutto in cucina. Struttura con super potenziale, ma un po’ abbandonata a se stessa. Il deposito cauzionale, solitamente, viene pre-approvato e soltanto “congelato”, non addebitato a tutti gli effetti, con restituzione al check out ( prima volta che mi capita in 25 anni di viaggi).

Die Lage und die Nähe zu Station Fundamente Nouve!

− Die Wohnung ist relativ dunkel, liegt ebenerdig, direkt am kanal, was auch nachts manchmal durch die Boote laut werden kann, insbesondere, wenn Musik gespielt wird! Fensterläden sind teilweise kaputt und können nicht geöffnet werden, daher weniger Licht...

Everything was perfect.
