Organização do apto, limpeza.

− Tem ventilador teto sendo no quarto que tem ar condicionado não funciona e no outro quarto super fraca sua velocidade neste quarto poderia ter um ar condicionado 9000 BTUs . Guarda roupas , tem um fedor de mofo não tem como colocar roupas.

- A sacada é ampla com rede e churrasqueira. - A casa tem uma ótima geladeira. - Há mercadinhos bem perto, embora a acomodação seja longe do centro para irmos a pé. - Fica em um local bem sossegado. - Tem 2 cadeiras de praia disponíveis. - A voltagem é de 110v em algumas tomadas e 220v em outras. - Tem um bom wifi

− - A luminosidade de um dos quartos pela manhã é muito forte. Para mim, particularmente, que não consigo dormir antes das 2hs da madrugada, foi muito ruim, pois pelas 6hs da manhã eu acordava e não conseguia mais dormir, devido a claridade extrema no quarto, que possui apenas o vidro da janela e uma cortina de tiras que, por estar estragada, não fecham, deixando entrar praticamente toda a luz da rua. - Fica a uns 15min. a pé da praia.

Casa bem arejada! Local tranquilo! Piscina limpa!

− Na varanda, próximo a cozinha, tinha um cheiro forte de esgoto. Pessoa responsável por entregar as chaves não foi muito solícita ao solicitarmos entrar de forma antecipada no local, mesmo constando no anúncio que poderia ser viável.
