Fantastic location, amazing sea front view!
10.0Wonderful beach front location. Not far from the town center. Amazing view out from the paddock/decking. The property is very clean and well kept. Overall value was fantastic. My whole family had a great stay!
− The property is well kept and tidy, but the facility does feel a bit aging, but that's just nitpicking really.
We would return as it was grand!

Traditional kiwi bach holiday experience, with updated equipment and decor.
10.0unbeatable location with views out over the bay, easy walking to the shops and cafes. Easy walk to the boat ramp for ferries to Russell or nearby islands. Got one double bedroom and extra shower room on ground floor, to suit less mobile family members (but a few wooden steps up to the front door deck). Traditional kiwi bach holiday experience - with facilities and decor all recently renovated and up to date. A proper kitchen, well equipped. What a joy to sit out on deck (one at ground floor, smaller one beside main bedroom), glass of wine, watch the sea and the boats.

6.0The location was good. Just a short walk to the center. Beds were comfy. It was nice and clean.
− Smelt like fresh paint when we first entered so we just had to open the windows. A couple of extra towels would have been good also.
Great location by the beach and town. Lots of space for everyone in the house.
8.0Love the bedrooms and kitchen, lounge, dining areas. Great that it’s walking distance to the wharf and shops. Loved being able to see and hear the beach from the house.
− The downstairs shower head needs replacing. The water comes out like a tap sometimes
