− The owner leaves in the basement The beds were 40 years old: stained bedding, mattress, pillow cases, pillows. And the mattresses were like 40 years old: no support. We stayed 5 nights and we could not wait to leave and to go to the chiropractor! No dishes (1 wine glass for example). No towels in the kitchen, bathrooms. The dish rags or towels were stained… No shampoo, no soap, no tv (we could not watch the Stanley Cup), but plenty of toilet papers! The owner Daniel is nice but he is quite sick. He should not have a rental… This B&B was the worst we have ever encountered…

7.0Man hat das ganze Haus für sich. Parken ist kein Problem. Viele Zimmer, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, wohnt im Souterrain und gibt gute Tipps.
− Es ist ein altes Haus. Die Betten und Möbel haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Leider liegt es etwas außerhalb von Boston. Zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist es eine Meile zu laufen.

7.0The owner Mr. Daniel is a very good man, he’s very welcoming and kind. The property feels like your own home and not a guesthouse. It has almost all facilities you can think of. Mr Daniel has kept in mind all small things that a person may need during their stay! Thanks for the cosy experience!
− Although the property is excellent, summers in Boston are now getting hotter.. adding more fans/ AC should be a good idea.
