10.0Very spacious - much larger than the pictures represent. Guiseppe did a great job orienting us on the stove, washing machine, garage, everything we needed to know for our stay. We did cook while there and the induction stove was awesome. Guiseppe also checked in on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The linens were clean and comfortable. Great location for walking around the Modica Bassa area.

9.0This is a large apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, a terrasse and small balconies looking towards the street. Very quiet, no noise from the street due to double glazing. The furniture is classic, a bit old fashioned but charming. No breakfast but the cafe downstairs has all you want.
