Notre séjour de rêve a viré au cauchemar. Logement non conforme, clime défectueuse scotché bruyante, rideau non vissé, f
1.0− Clime non conforme, conduit de la clime non étanche, scotché, air chaud qui reste dans la péniche, très bruyant. Rideau non vissé au mur. Fenêtre de la salle bain cassé. Hôte contacté sans nous donner une solution. Logement quitté au bout d’une nuit au lieu de deux, aucune compensation faite. A fuir !

9.0Prachtig plekje aan het meer. We waren de enige gasten en hebben de hele middag aan het water gezeten en genoten van deze mooie plek. Onze kinderen vonden het fantastisch om lekker te zwemmen! Het huisje (bungalow) is prima, ruim en goede bedden. We zouden terugkomen!
− Het gas deed het niet goed maar Mariana heeft ons goed geholpen en uiteindelijk ons water zelf even gekookt. Het ligt 15 minuten buiten Bacalar, voor ons goed en wij wisten dat maar je kunt alleen met de auto naar het centrum toe
