− Ens va cancelar el mateix matí que hi haviem d’anar perque el Wc no funcionava. Ens va donar dues opcions, un rembolssament o altres opcions d’allotjament. Vam dir que voliem veure les ofertes que ens podia oferir (sense cap moment confirmar res). Seguidament, ell va reservar a un altre hotel, al qual no haviem dit que hi voliem anar. Va borrar els missatges, fent veure que ell no havia fet res per la seva compte. Li vam comentar que no haviem dit en cap moment que si, que voliem un rembolsament perquè aquell allotjament no s’adaptava a les nostres necessitats. Després d’insistir bastant vam aconseguir el reembolsament.
