Not what I expected to small for a family of 4 and dog

Location

− The mould in bathroom, the damage to property, no iron there was loads of issues gas hob was broken I’ve emailed and tried to contact booking office but no response our reply to photos sent over email and messages

− No plastic washing up bowl and a very loose kitchen tap. Was told a bowl would be delivered, but it was not.

Basic - some nice features and little improvements would make it a really lovely place.

Location was great, the park was quiet. The caravan was spacious and meets basic needs (kettle fridge etc). We didn’t use the hot tub but this was only because of the weather, it’s a great addition, looked clean.

− The toilets were very smelly on arrival and this got worse. Some of the caravan needs an update (large stain on cushion in seating area, rusty radiators, very wobbly kitchen tap). WiFi was very hit and miss. Despite previous feedback, there are still no curtains in either bedroom so by 4.30am we were up. Have you considered offering guests a welcome grocery pack? We would have paid a bit extra for this as we arrived late and had to find a shop.

Great location

− There was no kettle when we arrived ,however the reception ship responded quickly when we reported this to us and brought one over immediately. There were little things that made us feel that there was a lack of attention toccorrecting minor issues such as there was a knob missing on the gas cooker, the tap in the kitchen area was loose, there was a broken sun chair outside and the pots and pans looked in need of replacing. None of which spoiled our stay there but should have been seen to before hand
