Schönes Häuschen in Ostfriesland

Es war ein schönes Haus. Die Aufteilung der Räume war super, die Küche war sehr schön, es gab 2 Bäder, schicke Möbel und liebevoll maritim dekoriert. Lage war auch toll, konnte man schön mit dem Hund spazieren. (Hund 15€ die Nacht ) Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar, freundlich und hat schnell gehandelt bei Fragen oder Anliegen.

− Die Treppe zur oberen Etage ist sehr steil und schmal (und der Boden der oberen Etage hat in allen Räumen stark geknarrt). Das angegebene Wäschepaket in der Beschreibung für 30€ war leider nur auf 1 Person bezogen, wir konnten dies dann aber problemlos stornieren. Die aufgeführte Sauna ist in der Garage in einem separaten Raum (gut gemacht) , dafür benötigt man einen extra Schlüssel - muss bei Buchung angegeben werden. Es ist eine Infrarotsauna, die Nutzung geht nur mit 1€ (hier benötigt man mehrere 1€ Stücke) die in einen Münzautomat gesteckt werden müssen. Leider bietet das Haus nur 1 kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, die Garage kann wohl extra als 2 Parkplatz gemietet werden, wenn man mit 2 Autos anreist. (Oder in der Umgebung parken ist kostenlos auch möglich- so haben wir dies gemacht um weitere zusätzliche Kosten zu sparen). Es ist eine Kaution von 250€ erforderlich , diese erhält man ein wenig später nach der Abreise (nach Prüfung) wieder.

− Müll auf der Terrasse. Steile Treppe. Kommunikation. Das bestellte Wäschepaket kam nicht. Keine Antwort vom Vermieter.
