− Aircond not functioning. Very very hot especially in living room and master bedroom. The sofa was so dirty and not comfortable. The fan speed was so slow.

5.0− The cooking facilities are inadequate and need improvement. More cooking equipment, such as a rice cooker and utensils, should be provided.

− Air tapis macam kurang function kadang air tak keluar
stay is ok, but the sleep is not that good.
8.0The location of the property is not too far from town area, but at the same time the street is not busy or crowded which is good. It gives a more remote or secluded feel around the whole estate. But no convenience stall around though.
− The furniture seems to be a bit run down or flimsy. The bed are not really comfortable, and i noticed that the wood plank for the bed frame underneath seems to be broken for some beds. I don't think the single bed are suitable for people with heavy weight.
