Mixed reviews because it was a difficult house with small toddlers and agile dogs.

The garden living room was comfortable. The hot tub was popular. Kitchen was adequate. We had an enjoyable time, despite the injuries.

− It was very difficult keeping the toddlers safe in the garden as there are so many steps. We were not warned that the garden was on so many levels. Also, the garden door latch was broken by someone before us. Also, we had to reinforce various parts of the garden such as the main gate out to the road to stop the dogs escaping and the high bank allows the agile dogs to step into the road. The MOST DANGEROUS aspect was the 2 large pipes sticking out as we opened the garden gate to the car parking area... 3 of us had really sore bangs to our head. A massive health and safety risk. Plus, the bath safety mat was black with mould, so it was not hygienic for the children's baths. It was removed, and then unfortunately, this resulted in one toddler with a cut chin after slipping in the bath. There were a lot of flies.

Beautiful place in the country with access to local beaches. The spa was fantastic and lots of fun.

− The cows and farm right next door were a bit smelly.

− nothing everything was great, would have liked more lighting outside. This is me being picky 😄
