− Had to take own linen but competitively priced, probably as a result. A little dark.

− 51 stairs & no lift! Spa bath/shower in ensuite, difficult to get in & out of.

− I did not like the way I was treated from Elders real estate. The washing machine didn't work and the beds were falling apart. I was spoken to so rudely by the staff .
