Schönes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Gute Kommunikation vorab. Nähe zur Insel Hiddensee über Fähre. Ruhige Nachbarschaft.

− Etwas weite Wege zu Rügens "Sehenswürdigkeiten", auf Auto angewiesen, kein ÖVP in der Nähe.
