9.0Petit studio très agréable et coquet. Très propre et situation parfaite dans Aveiro. Le plus: la climatisation!
− Tout est très bien. Le seul petit inconvénient pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité totale c’est parfois le bruit (voitures, jeunes dans la rue) et dans l’appartement voisin (car l’insonorisation est mauvaise). Mais les désagréments sont limités.

− El apartamento estaba limpio pero tenía olor raro La habitacion de arriba se calienta facilmente,hay qe encender el aire acondicionado porque sinó es imposible dormir arriba, Soli son detalles porqe por lo general estamos contentos con el apartamento Gracias
Apartamento en ubicación excelente pero con alguna pequeña carencia.
8.0Lo que mas nos gusto fue la ubicación a 5 minutos del centro. Un supermercado de barrio muy cerca. Las camas eran cómodas y la habitación superior fue un plus para mi hijo que la disfruto mucho. Tuvimos un breve contacto con la anfitriona y fue muy servicial y amable.
− El baño, el lavabo demasiado pequeño y la situación del váter hacia un poco incomodo el salir de la ducha. La nevera muy pequeña. Teníamos algunas veces algún problema con la cerradura Yale, había que introducir mas de una vez el código para que abriera.

9.0La posizione molto centrale per poter girare a piedi, la casetta molto carina. L'host disponibile e cordiale, ci aveva mandato le indicazioni dettagliate su come procedere con il check-in in anticipo.
− Un po' difficile trovare parcheggio davanti alla struttura che è a pagamento, anche se si tratta di soli 3€ al giorno.
