Our first place was cancelled last minute and instead we were provided with a very subpar house.

Very little honestly. It was clean.

− Very few supplies for 8 people. For instance only had 4 forks and 5 knives. Shower broken. Sink clogged. Windows broken. Couch broken. Fridge drawer broken. Fence broken. This is all after my previous booking was cancelled the day before. Booking.com found me this place and it was 45 minutes from our child’s college. We spent 3 hours per day in the car when it should have been 20 minutes. This entire experience was very bad.
