− Los dos problemas básicos de esta vivienda son 1. no tiene aire acondicionado que por el precio que se paga deberia, porque aunque este al lado del mar en verano hace mucho calor en la casa. y 2. a la hora de comer o cenar las extracciones de las cocinas de enfrente no te dejan estar en la terraza porque el olor a fritanga es enorme.

− No tenía aire acondicionado en ninguna de las estancias y si salias a la terraza olía a comida y era molesto escuchar el ruido de las máquinas de aire acondicionado de la terraza de enfrente Hemos pasado mucho calor La habitación de dos camas no tenía persiana ni protección exterior y podía entrar cualquier bicho si dejabas la ventana abierta y mis hijas han pasado mucho calor A veces, la ubicación no es lo único que cuenta, también debería tenerse en consideración el bienestar de la gente durante el tórrido verano y saber que los aparatos que ahora se proporcionan son verdaderamente insuficientes en olas de calor cada vez más frecuentes.

− És complicat trobar lloc per aparcar perquè és una cala que s’omple molt de gent. No poder parar davant la casa per carregar i descarregar maletes, compra, etc pots ser realment un problema
