8.0Ми вже вдруге зупиняємося в цих апартаментах — вперше були тут два роки тому. Нам подобається їхнє розташування: поруч залізничний вокзал, а до моря можна легко дійти пішки. Це дуже зручно як для відпочинку, так і для подорожей. Дякуємо господарці за турботу та оперативне вирішення ситуації. Загалом ми залишилися задоволені перебуванням і із задоволенням повернулися сюди знову.
− Під час цього перебування виникла проблема з холодильником — він не працював. Господарка одразу відреагувала, викликала майстра, але полагодити його не вдалося. Водночас вона швидко знайшла рішення і дала нам ключі від інших апартаментів, де холодильник працював, тож ми змогли без проблем зберігати продукти.

− il palazzo era in cantiere, e non c’era scritto su booking, quando siamo arrivati c’erano ancora le persone che dovevano uscire. mancavano i servizi igienici come sapone e carta igienica, abbiamo dovuto comprarli noi di nostre spese, il doccino era rotto e il bagno si allagava ogni volta che aprivamo la doccia.

5.0− L'appartamento è un seminterrato con scarsa circolazione dell'aria, resa ancora peggiore dalle impalcature dei lavori in corso nell'edificio di cui non sapevamo nulla. Lo scaldabagno è molto rumoroso ogni volta che si apre l'acqua, il che disturba il riposo. La pulizia, inoltre, lasciava a desiderare. Speriamo che a lavori ultimati la situazione migliori, ma consigliamo al gestore maggiore trasparenza e cura nella preparazione dell'alloggio.

− mancavano: asciugamani per una persona, le stoviglie della cucina, carta igienica, spazzolino wc, 1 tv rotto, diverse lampadine mancanti o non funzionanti, wifi non andava, fatto presente alla proprietaria ma non si è adoperara a risolvere problema
