Filthy disgusting property

Nothing! I have called & spoke to Hannah regarding this property & how filthy & disgusting it was. I am awaiting for some sort of refund. This property was not cleaned upon arrival Dirty laundry left behind, broken double bed thst we couldn't use for 3 days dead insects all over the house, spider webs everywhere.

− Absolutely terrible property Want a full refund. Awaiting for Hannah to get back to me. Have taken photos of the filth of this property. Broken bed dirty laundry. No where to sit outside because everything is covered with spider webs

− The instructions from Bookings.com were quite abrupt i.e. do this before leaving or get fined!!!
