− No hot water in shower in main house due to low pressure.
Scared into Leaving.
1.0Hondeklipbaai despite being riddled by poverty is a beautiful place, the Aristea Shipwreck was amazing and the sea shells are in abundance. The Dop&Kreef Restaurant was friendly and the service was good. Did the Crayfish experience and despite it being pricey it was enjoyable.
− The owner popped in unannounced and scared the living shit out of us about the fact that rain would result in no power, she came and took the router stating she needed it despite me wanting to communicate with my children at home. And explained the unusable roads if it rains. Worried having a sick child with us, after being on the road all day to get here, it just felt like the owner prefers scaring customers away from her non-refundable home - less work I guess and easier money. We left at 8pm for St Helena Bay and arrived at 1am and ended up paying for two accommodations on one day. Would have appreciated if like most accommodations the owners don't bother you during your stay, if she never came we probably would have had an enjoyable evening and worried about the rest as and when it occurred.
