− Es una casa muy vieja. Necesita una reforma a fondo. Mobiliario, camas, cocina, baños… todo a reformar.
Very good
8.0You get a lot of space, are located basically next to the lake with water access, and Sete Sidades is within walking distance. There is also an outdoor area where you can sit and eat something. The kitchen has all the basic stuff needed to cook a meal, except for maybe oil.
− The bed was not the most comfortable and generally the interior could be a bit more modernized (while keeping the classic touch of course).The road leading up to the property was unpaved and not on navigator apps.
It is a very beautiful cottage for our family holiday. Quiet and sorrounded by nature.

Great location, not easily self catering
7.0The location is excellent, tranquil with views of the lake and caldera from the dining table. Located just 2 mins walk from a tranquil non touristy part of the lake with the water lapping upon the path. Off street parking and extensive gardens made for a relaxing stay. The quality of furnishings was good, old but stand the test of time. The shutters provided excellent blackouts through the night to keep the house dark.
− Appreciating that they were not advertised, but there is no washing machine or dishwasher, yet a chest freezer takes up prime kitchen space. The knives were not sharp and the plates and bowls were plastic which is very disappointing given the nightly rate. There are few shops/cafes/restaurants near the house, making self catering facilities a necessity. Beyond a fridge and cooker/hob there were no facilities to make a self catering stay of any length tenable. Water pressure often made washing up/showering/shaving very difficult as the cold water often stopped coming through and the hot water was very hot! No soap or shower gel/shampoo provided, again you would expect this given the nightly rate A number of light bulbs out, but an easy fix and could happen at any time. We enjoyed our stay here of 2 nights, however any longer would have started to be a struggle. A lovely property, but let down by not having the facilities needed for a self catering stay, especially at the nightly rate.
