The apartment desperately needs upgrades in order the make it comfortable and also needs to be cleaner.

Good location

− The towels were threadbare and falling apart. There were no hand towels and just 2 bath towels that weren’t in great shape. The bath mats were filthy and old and looked like they had never been washed. The mattresses were so sunken in that they were uncomfortable and I had to put a bed pillow under the covers and sleep on it so I wouldn’t have a backache. It was advertised as a 2-queens, 2 twins but the twins were unusable because they were on a platform very high above the queen bed where nobody our age could have ever slept. Even if children slept on the twins they would be in danger of falling if they should have to go to the bathroom. There was so little silverware, glassware and china that we had to run the dishwasher several times in two days just to have enough for a couple of meals.

Location good. Rental was beautiful.

− Only thing would be to clean or replace the shower heads. It hurt to take a shower. Also the bunk beds need a hand rail against the wall. It was very hard to get up and down.

It was a nice clean townhome. King size beds and 3 bathrooms was nice. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and it had everything we needed. For two couples it was a better value than staying in two hotel rooms.

Spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Nice pool and hot tub

− The top bunk of the bunk bed was too high. Couldn’t get in and out of it and kids hit their heads.

Overall we were satisfied. The apartment was comfortable , with a lot of space and great location. There were some problems but resolved quickly.

− Bedrooms didn't have a chair and nightstand lamp.
