hyvä sijainti. Omistaja saatiin hyvin kiinni kun piti kysyä.
− Siisteys. Käytössä olevat astiat eivät järkeviä. Hienoa Arabiaa mutta leikkulaudat puuttuivat. Kahvinkeitin rikki. Yleinen siisteys huono. Piha-aluetta ei hoidettu kokokesänä. Kellarikerroksessa sisäilmaongelma.
