9.0Були проїздом,не хотіли в Києві бо обстріли,а тут відносно тихо!

10.0Чудове місце поблизу Києва і поблизу озера. Поряд відсутні сусіди (є лише подібний будиночок під здачу, у якого мангальна зона і столики поряд з нашою - це трохи напружило, але повезло - сусідів не було. Гучно було лише від відвідувачів озера). Будинок затишний і новий Є абсолютно все для комфортного проживання. Господарі були на зв'язку.
Чудовий дім, повернуся в нього ще раз, але бесідку з мангалом потрібно переробляти.
8.0Місце розсташування – ідеальне. Попереду тільки природа, до озера 1 хв.
− Бесідка з мангалом розташована біля бесідки з мангалом іншого будинку. Їх розділяє тин, спільний дах. Це не дуже зручно та не приватно.
