Дерев'яний двоповерховий будинок з трьома спальнями і всім необхідним (крім, хіба що, шампуню). Неподалік річка, початок маршруту на г. Ягідна. Є балкон, тераса, альтанка, баня. Розташований у тихому місці, далеко від дороги, тільки поїзди деколи чути. Чудово провели тут час.
